Blow Molding
Blow Molding – Preforms are heated, stretched, and inflated to the shape of the desired plastic bottle. Custom molds are used for each shape container using the latest in blow mold technology. The equipment is versatile and can produce a wide range of bottle sizes from 355mL to 1.5L.

Our production machines create new bottles before rinsing, filling, capping and labeling them. Our machines can produce at a maximum speed of 20,000 bottles per hour (500mL).
The production line continues to our Case Packer where the bottles are
shrink-wrapped into cases and palletized.
The finished products are then warehoused and shipped to our happy customers.

Pacific Allied Products has proven to its customers that when it comes to water, quality comes first. Our state-of-the-art integrated machines create new bottles before rinsing, filling, capping, and labeling them. The production line continues to where the bottles are shrink-wrapped into cases and palletized, with the finished products shipped to customers. Our Co-packaging line can now produce more than 20,000 bottles per hour (500mL).
