About Us

Our Mission

“To be Hawaii’s premier plastic manufacturer by providing our customers with a commitment to excellence for our employees and shareholders.”

Founded in 1965, the company initially produced wall panels using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam. Recreational products such as ice coolers, surfboards, and swim rings evolved over the years.

In 1985, Pacific Allied became a partner in AFM, Inc. qualifying it to be the AFM trade name for roofing and housing products. As an AFM partner, Pacific Allied manufactures, under an exclusive license, laminated roofing systems, wall panels, Contour Taper Tile, Perfom Guard insect resistant insulation, drainage boards, and other specialized products for the construction industry.

In 1992, Pacific Allied Products purchased equipment to manufacture a full line of PET bottles for the beverage industry. In 2005 a new 30,000 square-feet PET manufacturing plant was added, enabling us to produce more than two hundred million bottles per year.

Pacific Allied Products complies with the Global Food Safety Initiative requirements. The company is certified for Food Safety Systems Certification (FSSC) 22000 and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standards. The FSSC 22000 specifies the requirements for a food safety management system to ensure its products are safe at the time of human consumption. The ISO 9001 specifies requirements for a quality management system; it is focused on meeting customer expectations and delivering customer satisfaction. The company is continuously working to ensure our compliance with all government agencies.

Today, with over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse facilities, Pacific Allied Products is the leading plastics manufacturing company in Hawaii.
