Founded in 1965, the company initially produced wall panels using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam. Recreational products such as ice coolers, surfboards, and swim rings evolved over the years.

Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy
- Pacific Allied Products, Ltd. (PAP) is committed to:
- Producing and supplying products that are safe for human consumption.
- Enhance customers satisfaction by meeting or exceeding the products and services quality expectations.
- Manage an Integrated System (IMS) that takes the responsibility and warrant compliance to meet federal, state, and customer requirements governing the business; including environmental and health and safety, and other (customer) requirements.
- We strive to continually improve the effectiveness of the IMS and prevention of pollution, prevention of injury and ill health.
- Food safety and quality is the responsibility of all employees that have a direct influence on ingredients, packaging, manufacturing, storage, and the transport of food consumption and use for human consumption products.
- PAP believes that the responsibility for achieving food safety and quality commitments lies with each Pacific Allied Products employee in the execution of their jobs and their relationship with stakeholders.
- Top Management ensures that the IMS policy is appropriate to the role of PAP in the food chain, and to the nature, scale and environmental impact of our activities, products and services, and our policy conforms with statutory and regulatory requirements; and to mutually agreed food safety, quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
- This company identifies and analyzes the risks involved through our IMS Process Interaction Map (10538) and controls them with an IMS system and continual improvement to verify the systems effectiveness.
- Our target is to achieve quality and food safety through the implementation of the IMS, employee training, and controlled activities and work processes, as well as achieving the measurable objectives.
- IMS Measurable Objectives are set for the operations under the scope of the IMS to ensure continuous improvement, compliance toward the IMS requirements, and contribution to the effectiveness of the IMS. The IMS Measurable Objectives are reviewed yearly and when needed.
- PAP IMS is documented, monitored, reviewed, and communicated to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
- The IMS Manual is approved and periodically reviewed by Top Management and the IMS Team for continued suitability.
- The IMS policy adequately addresses communication and is supported by the IMS measurable objectives.
- PAP is committed to continually enhance the reputation of the brands it produces and maintain consumer confidence in its products through the development and implementation of quality and food safety systems, standards, and practices.

- PAP operations are committed to continuous improvement, which is measured, evaluated, and validated for effectiveness through internal and external audits.
- PAP is dedicated to making sure the IMS conforms with the requirements of the ISO 9001standard, ISO 22000 standard, FSSC 22000 standard, ISO/TS 22002-x applicable series, and mutually agreed customer requirements related to the IMS.

quality aspects, strategies, and performance (as applicable) to associates, consumers, customers and principal stakeholders that have an impact on, or are affected by the Company’s IMS - Ensures that suppliers and contractors embrace the same food safety and quality commitments; and monitor the materials and services they supply through audits, incoming goods inspections, and/or reviews.
