Blow Molding
Blow Molding – Preforms are heated, stretched, and inflated to the shape of the desired plastic bottle. Custom molds are used for each shape container using the latest in blow mold technology. The equipment is versatile and can produce a wide range of bottle sizes from 355mL to 1.5L.

Co-Packaging
Holding both FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 Quality Certificates, Pacific Allied Products has proven to its customers that when it comes to water, quality comes first. Our state-of-the-art integrated machines create new bottles before rinsing, filling, capping, and labeling them. The production line continues to where the bottles are shrink-wrapped into cases and palletized, with the finished products shipped to customers. Our Co-packaging line can now produce more than 20,000 bottles per hour (500mL).
