Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)

Injection Molding is the first step of a two-step process in manufacturing plastic containers used for soda, juice, milk and water. Pacific Allied Products has been using the Injection Molding process to produce plastic preforms since 2003. In this process, plastic pellets are measured, melted and molded into various preform sizes. All components of the state-of-the-art system, which includes a hot runner, mold, machine, robot and post-mold cooling tool, are specifically designed to work together as a fully-integrated work cell to achieve the highest level of productivity and quality.
